    My best guess as to why some didn't drop is the plugin can't process everyone at once and is doing it in chunks, no clue how it would determine the order. DMT was still at 100% last night after we all dropped but has since dropped, noticed a few others as well.

    So when will this system be established?

    What is the quota of votes you are looking for ogre :)

    At first, I thought that the activity bars reset as a 'test' or something so everyone starts from scratch and then we use activity bars to see who is active and such.

    Need ideas on how the Activity Bar will work, here's mine:

    Requirements:

    Must be Ogre Regular or higher (Royal, Mod etc)

    How to track:

    Use this page - GameOgre.com Free MMORPG Forums - Ranking

    Check 1, 2 or 4 times a month... so either once a month, once every two weeks or once a week. Thinking once a month is the best route. Activity % needs to be above x amount to get x amount of points. Doesn't look like at least right now it will be a ton of work but would probably be a good idea to have two people that can check this at the designated times and that have the points needed to send out (will be reimbursed).

    Using the original idea but adjusted for Activity Bar:

    Royal Ogres:
    Activity Bar above x% at the end of the month - 200 points (monthly)
    Doing useful things to keep the forum active job - 100 points (monthly)

    Moderators:
    Activity Bar above x% at the end of the month - 200 points (monthly)
    Doing there jobs as a Moderator - 500 points (monthly)

    Active Ogre regulars:
    Activity Bar above x% at the end of the month - 200 points (monthly)"

    The two secondary objectives are tough, I think they are something Ogreman would have to judge so it's really down to if he has the time and wants to judge them each month. Any ideas for alternative or additional "objectives"?

    I could see that, however you gotta think of the people running it too. The thread is to use days online throughout the month to get your "activity" based on the original idea. While I agree it's likely a pain to remember to post in it whenever your online, without the thread using this method would be a major pain to those running it. Here's an example:

    With a thread all that needs to be done is check how many times everyone has posted in the thread at the end of the month.

    Without the thread, someone or someones would need to track everyone manually... narrowing it down to just Ogre Regulars and up and we are still talking 20 people or so. So every night, someone or someones would have to go though all 20 people and check if they've been online... they'd have to do this everyday for the whole month. That's a lot of work.

    I think it's a lot more reasonable and fair to ask everyone to take a quick moment out of their busy schedule to post in a thread when they are online than have someone or someones track this all manually. Also don't forget as King said, this is all completely optional. This is a reward not a requirement. If you want the reward then participate if not then just keep doing what you doing, no harm no foul.

    Anyways, the activity bar is on top of the voting and has been for a while, so the thread really doesn't matter.
