1. DETAILS AND ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to participants who are legal residents age seventeen (17) or older. Participants must be of legal age seventeen (17) or older by June 7, 2011. Employees of Perfect World Entertainment, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and any person working on the product, project, or promotion, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. The sweepstakes begins on March 8, and ends at 11:59PM PT on April 15, 2010 (“Entry Periodâ€). The prize drawing will be at the end of the Entry Period.

2. TO ENTER: Entrants can enter by logging log onto their Facebook account and select “like†of the Rusty Hearts fan page: Welcome to Facebook - Log In, Sign Up or Learn More. Allsweepstakes entries become the property of the sponsor. Disclaimer: Facebook is not a sponsor of this sweepstakes and is therefore not responsible for the administration or content.

3. WINNER SELECTION/PRIZE NOTIFICATION: Prize winner(s) must turn at least seventeen (17) years old by June 7, 2011. Prize winner will be selected in random drawings conducted by Perfect World Entertainment from all eligible entries submitted during the Entry Period. Prize winner(s) will be notified by the email address associated to the Facebook account used to select “like†of the Rusty Hearts fan page. Selected winner(s) will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours (or a shorter time if required by exigencies) of attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize. Perfect World Entertainment may attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected. Prize winner(s) will be required to submit a mailing address for prize mail out and Name and Likeness Release Form (a liability and publicity release covering eligibility, liability,advertising , publicity and media appearance issues). Prize will not be awarded until mailing address and Name and Likeness Release Form are properly executed and returned.

4. PRIZE(S): Twenty-five (25) prize winners will receive one (1) E3 Three (3) Day Show Floor Pass. (ARV $ 400). Winner will be responsible for lodging accommodations, airfare, transportation, meals, other costs associated with travel or leisure, and any and all federal, state and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize. Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. No prize substitution is permitted except at the discretion of Sponsor. If prize is awarded but unclaimed/forfeited by recipient, prize may not be re-awarded. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsors, a substitute prize of like value may be awarded. Other restrictions may apply.

5. OWNERSHIP/NAME AND LIKENESS/PUBLICITY: Any personal information supplied by entrant(s) to Perfect World Entertainment will be subject to the privacy policy posted at Perfect World Entertainment - Play Free Online Games. Entry in theSweepstakes constitutes permission for Sponsor and its licenses, and its and their successors, assigns and sub-licensees to use entrant’s name,email address, mailing address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment.
