    Rek'sai she is tanky, she has good damage and she has better cc. Teemo is kinda useless in my opinion and i don't like him for serious games.

    Actually in new patch, i would pick teemo, lack of vision is main problem on patch and teemo have the best tool too cover that. I actually think that teemo will be played as support a lot. but we will see
