    I played for few years, on a RolePlay server, I can describe it, if you feel like it should be it's own post , feel free to move it/copy paste it

    Samp is one of the better tgames to do whatever you want, there is huige potential for stunt servers etc. But most known are RolePlay servers, as you get started, you have your statistics, as you have more hrs, you can do more stuff, at beggining you can get a job and earn some money, after couple of days, you can get in organisation, which are usually, mafia or gang, police, army, or some more generic stuff like taxi, parking service, depending on what the server offers, it's like a real life, there are banks to rob, police has to stop it, you can have a gang wars, police is trying to arrest you, it is usually fun, but it gets borring after a while since it seems pretty one-dimensional after you try out all the jobs, all the organisations, you buy a house and a few cars... it seems like there is nothing left to do, except have some fun. Of course since it is roleplay server, you can't randomly kill people since that is not how gangs work in real life, point is too keep it as close as possible to real life, you can't kill pedestrians, only members of other gangs, or police officers, you can buy businesses and earn that way, you can get speeding tickets-parcking tickets... There are plenty of commands that you learn with the flow, maps are not hard to mod, and overall, it's the best way to do it, but the reason that made SAMP really popular was abillity to "illegaly download" the game so everyone can play it, unlike gta V.

    It's hard to go more in depth since it varies from server to server, hope this helped at least a bit

    Scripting is... very unfair and kind of dumb. Lot of people use scripts in League, but I wont reccomend you to do so.
