    Ehh, nope. You shouldn't just delete champion because some people don't like him (for the silly reasons too).
    If they do not know how to play against a certain champ, they shouldn't cry how it should be deleted. If it was done this way, about 95% of champs would be gone already.

    Now, go step on few shrooms.

    small teemo is iriteyting and ramz toxic but he shoud not be deleted if zou ask me he shoud get a nelike to mezk shrooms to staz for 60 not 600 seconds and to replace blind with samthing like applaying crit and item efeckts like yasuos Q.
