    One of my friends bought rp on russian server and he cant transfer to eune server if anybody have information when will transfer on russian server work please if someone have informations that would help me comment on this thread :D

    It's pretty much the same on all servers except in master/challenger since some servers don't have pros so it's easier to climb in challenger on eune than euw, everything else is exactly the same
