    Heimy is soo good now, i had a chance to see what does a good heimer do and i can say that it is so op. But veigar after lvl11 can easily trade heimer because of the long stun with his E and his W Q R combo. I vote for Veigar !

    Heimer isn't strong early game, but at late game he owns the place, whilist Veigar is almost always strong... I'd say Veigar then.
