    Hmm.
    Vi is AD/Tank champion. She's nice for jungle and top. I like her ultimate.U cna easy kill ADc.
    Katarina is APc champion. She's nice for mid only. I like her ultimate too. Nice damage in teamfights, but u can counter her easy.
    Depends, if u play top/jungle better, you should take Vi , if u play mid, take Katarina. I don't know how you can compare APc and AD/Tank champion..:eek:
    In my opinion, i'd buy Vi, because i'm jungler.

    Vi-solo top,jungle sometimes supp sooooo op...carry late game and too much dmg
    Kata- op champ tons of dmg specialy late game if she fed in early...but against zed so squish so buy both of them :D

    Vi is better 100% , allmost everyone can stop kata's ulti.If u go Jungle and Top buy VI , if u going mid buy LeBlanc and learn her to play, she is now one of most op champs ;)

    Both are strong,but if you are starting ranked then you should play Kata cuz she can carry games easily and that thing that Kata's ult can be easily interupted is kinda true but you just need to pay atention in team fights and to know when is the right time for you to jump in and ''wreck'' them :D
