That is kinda false information, and I confirm that Viktor is really strong but low mobile.

I saw him once adn he played against me.but i beated him because i played Fiora but i think he is good.

 

He will be like jax they delate him and he is back

They wont delete him. They are just going to rework him

 

He is OP but not so much you can counter him i know how to easy counter him, not so powerful.

I never see that someone plays Viktor,also i never see Rumble,Urgot,Zilean,Hecarim,Xerath etc..

They are good champions but no1 plays them,poor things xD
