    Patch Notes

    Wintumber 15th (as it is in Gielinor) does offer a few patches, however, including a new bank area inside Death’s office, improvements to summoner scroll inventory management and tweaks to potion dose decanting.

    Next week will be a tad more exciting, however. For our final update of the year and we’re going out with a bang, offering up a brand new quest! And do make sure you make the most of all the ongoing festive activities that will be running in-game and on the forums throughout the month.

    With this, Mod Shauny's new newspost scheme moves patch notes back to the forum and out of the update post. There's also a new Patch Notes forum instead of posting weekly threads in the Recent Game Updates forum... which was of course mainly patch notes for the official threads side of things, given that every game update generates patch notes, but not every update actually comes with a headline update. Given the utilization of the RSOF, it seems like fewer forums would be a better idea than more, but I also liked the old patch notes megathread that just got new patchnotes every week and you didn't have to go hunting for anything older than this week.

    I kind of liked it there in the newspost as it meant everything was in one place, but it was awful for looking at anything other than patch notes.
