    I can recall visiting Peru on a vacation, and had the experience of eating llama. However, I was not as tough of a guy as my friend, whom ate a dish called 'Cui'. Which, is basically, cook guinea pig. I asked if I could try a piece, and so I did. The flavor was so strong and taste bitter. The texture, is tougher than overcooked steak.

    I've had escargot many times as an appetizer. A lot of people think it's weird to eat escargot, but it isn't bad at all. The butter and herb mixed with snail actually tastes quite delicious.

    I remember about a couple of years ago, I had a certain spread that I ate with some crackers. I think it was foie gras, but it felt very gelatin-like.
