What do you think about EVGA graphics cards?

Apparently people are discovering that some batches of these graphics cards, specifically the EVGA GeForce RTX 3090, are bricking after running the game New World. And it appears that it's a defect with the graphics cards themselves.

What do you think about this situation? If you already own this graphics card, are you concerned that it might have a defect? Do you plan to avoid getting this graphics card anytime soon?

Personally, I would avoid getting that graphics card, even if EVGA announces a recall for existing ones and free replacements for those with defects. I wouldn't want to deal with the hassle of tearing down a PC just to replace a graphics card.
