Sandbox games usually give you some way to control your surroundings in someway and some other features to go along with it. What features do you personally look for in Sandbox games which could make you buy them?

An open-world feature would be cool just like in Minecraft. It is one of the priorities for me.

There's never a particular feature, other than the abundance of features that makes a sandbox game worth it. Like for Minecraft, it's the survival mode, the creative mode, the ability to create complex contraptions (redstone + command blocks), the ability to play with other players (multiplayer or LAN), the ability to play other people's maps (being able to download maps from PlanetMinecraft or whereever), the ability to customize your experience (custom texture packs, mod the game, etc.), and the list goes on. The amalgamation of all those features is what makes a sandbox game worth experiencing.
