    Never fought a Vex before, but I would say that a Vex would be the strongest. Snowballs from a Snowman usually do nothing.

    Vex is definitely better compared to Snowman considering that Vex actually does damage and Vex is fast too. I have fought them before and they can be dangerous if you don't keep moving so they can't hit you and when they do, they hit quite hard.
