    I usually find myself eating a lot of food past midnight like late dinner and snacks. For me, my favorite midnight snack would have to be cookies served with a glass of milk.

    Usually, it's just caffeine like coke or coffee. Now, you're probably thinking, "how can you sleep?" I can actually sleep right after drinking coffee lol

    Same here! My parents have trouble sleeping after drinking coffee, but I can have a cup at 1 AM and sleep 1 hour later lol.

    Would usually be something light, like maybe a small piece of chocolate or something. Having too much to eat at midnight is a bad habit, and the worse thing to have is anything with a lot of caffeine, unless your goal is to stay up past midnight.
