    I don't think RNG really factors in to making an item hard-to-get, but rather tedious and luck-based. For me, if obtaining the item requires going through hard quest chains, hard battles, or repetitive grinding, that I may consider that item hard.

    I think king ransom took me the longest, about 3 days. My luck was insane when I farmed the different rare drops :)

    Yep, took me 2-3 months to get it

    Got King's Ransom only took me 4-6 hours of non stop farming in 1 day :p

    King's Ransom is probably the one of the easiest "hardest" items to obtain, at least easier than obtaining three One Piece of Treasure drops. You don't even need to think about grinding for it, if you just do daily quests each day, because you'll eventually get the quest drops for King's Ransom anyway. I would think most people who do the King's Ransom quest while doing daily quests will get King's Ransom before they obtain both Paladin Class and Necromancer Class.
