    Nope but you can refund reworked champs in limited amout of time my friend sent riot a ticket that he wants to refund gragas and rengar (they have been nerfed in last patch ^^)
    Example: if in next patch riven gets drastically nerfed you can refund her just send ticket to riot ^^
