    Played WoW at the begnining.. The bugs and glitches for the first year are about the same as when AoC came out. Just those in WoW are mostly from the new generation so never had to experience the growing pains.

    AoC has bugs, true. But the graphics and gameplay are far superiour to that of WoW. WoW is made for a simple crowd, not complicated in any way. Play is made so any age can play it, and thats even the way it is marketed.

    AoC is made for an older crowd who like difficulty, this is also part of the problem as many people coming from a game like WoW expect it to be as easy and to be able to be gods with little problem, it is not easy and to be a god you have to struggle. They also expect it to be as polished, it is not (YET) . WoW has had years to fix its major bugs and to polish its play. AoC is new and is still a work in progress as all new games are.

    Also from a pure graphics standpoint WoW cant even hold a candle to AoC. Crank up a WoW pc to max and take a screenshot, then look at an AOC screenshot on max.

    How is WoW outdated? The team carry on improving the gameplay of it all the time, and tweaking the graphics to look slightly better with every expansion pack. Get your facts right. And if you say that it is outdated because of graphics alone, then you're wrong, because the most important thing to a game isn't graphics, it's GAMEPLAY.

    Ok...anyone here saying that fighting in WoW is way too easy has obviously never played long enough to get into end-game raiding. I have played both and im gonna have to give it to WoW because of the multitude of end-game content constantly being added to the game.

    Very close voting in both the Forum here and the Review Directory.

    Age Of Conan wins the tiebreaker here, but World of WarCraft managed to win in the Review Directory (7.3 to 7) after trailing near the end.

    The results article for this match will be posted later today. Lord of the Rings Online versus Dungeons & Dragons Online is the next match.

    Oh... are you doing the tiebreaker system again? Cos the last one got half its results from forum, and half its results from directory didn't it?

    Anyway, close match, it would have been a landslide victory if those Age of Conan people from that forum hadn't caME.

    Yes, that was mentioned in the first post of this thread:). What your thinking of was the Shooter Showdown.

    Yes, this was a much more exciting match than it looked to be when it first started. In fact, Age of Conan would have won if the review scores had been a little closer because of the tiebreaker.

    AoC winning would have made no sense. Here is a MMORPG that may not last more than a couple of years against the world's most popular MMORPG.
