If you have read my earlier posts, you should now know that the list is officially done. In this blog post I will just sum it up.

12. Samurai Warriors 4

Samurai Warriors is hack and slash game set and is Japanese equivalent to the more popular  Chinese historic, Dynasty Warriors series. The game makes its entry at the Japanese Market at  March 20, 2014. Might not be a game for everyone, but it’s something I look forward to.

11. Fable Legends

Fable Legends will be a 5 person multiplayer game, where one of these people play as a villain and the other four play as a hero. The release date isn’t completely clear yet, but it’s said that a beta-testing is going to start this year. Looks great and hopefully it will be as good as it looks.

10. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is the third game of the The Witcher series and is set to be released some where around Q2 in 2014. Called by many, the next generation’s version of Skyrim. Let’s just hope that these people are correct.

9. Thief

Thief is  a stealth video game and the next game in the Thief series that have been unhold ever since 2004. Thief is supposed to be released sometime during February 2014 if everything goes as planned. Can’t wait for this game. Looks like a game that can do really well in the market.

8. Everquest Next

Everquest is probably a game that most of the MMO players have heard of. Everquest Next is the successor of these games, and is supposed to be released sometime during 2014, although an exact date  is currently not set yet. A game that every MMORPG fan should look forward to. Looks amazing.

7. The Division

The Division is going to be an online RPG 3rd person shooter set in Chicago. Tom Clancy’s The Division is planned to be release late during 2014, or perhaps even early 2015. The graphics is what realy caught my eye about the game. It’s probably one of the most realistic games that we will see this coming year.

6. Dragon Age: Inquisition

They haven’t really said that much about Dragon Age: Inquisition yet, but it looks stunning. Dragon Age: Inquisition might actually be a strong participant for the title of the top open world fantasy RPG game of 2014. As a fan of the earlier Dragon Age games, this is something that I definitely can’t miss. Set to be released in the fall of 2014.

5. Watch Dogs

In Watch Dogs, you are playing as a skilled hacker, called Aiden Pierce in Chicago, that’s run by a super computer and controls about everything. Watch Dogs release date have been set on the 21st of March 2014 this year. A game that hopefully will turn into one of those big game franchises.

4. Titanfall

Titanfall was a game that I wasn’t expecting, but looks amazing. Developed  by Respawn Entertainment that’s founded by formerly developers of Infinity Ward, it’s a game that can become incredible. Scheduled to be released at March 11, 2014.

3. Halo 5

Halo is a game franchise that probably everyone have heard of. Fantastic games makes it impossible not to look forward to Halo 5, even though 343 Industries haven’t released many details about Halo 5. An exact release date haven’t been scheduled, except that it’s planned to be released this year.

2. The Elder Scrolls Online

The Elder Scrolls Online is the new part of the Elder Scrolls franchise that have been incredibly successful. The closed beta have already started for the game, although the full game is planned to be released on April 4, 2014.

1. Destiny

Known developed, new game. The developers of Halo have gathered their resouces to develop something that looks stunning. Destiny is a game that have the potential to reach the sky and becoming a game that many people will remember. September 9, 2014 is the release date for the game. I really can’t wait.

That were the full list of my top 12 anticipated games of 2014. For my full introductions of the games, take a peek into the links that I provided below. As I said before I started making the list, this is my own personal list. There are probably still plenty of other games that haven’t been announced that might become even better than any of these games, or a game that I didn’t include in my list at all. Some games were really hard to not include in my list to be honest. Games like Far Cry 4 and Dungeon Defenders 2 was games that I did not include since it wasn’t said that it was going to be released in 2014. Feel free to provide your own opinions of games that I might have forget, or games that you look forward to more.
