actually I find it annoying sometimes telling others what to do
I was kinda thinking the same thing, If I could actually get through a full day without telling my son or husband to do something that NEEDS to be done, I would be in heaven lol.
You know I totally get that. I used to stand in front of the class as a geography teacher in training. Telling 30 or so teens who all seem to hit puberty at the same time, to sit still, pay attention and do their homework isn't easy. You should be happy that your son is only 6 years old, just you wait untill he becomes 14, he'd be out of control lol
Im 14 and i dont think im out of control ._.
I agree, but you seems like an exception to me, you must have some very good upbringing, because the teens I know certainly did behave like they were out of control
Well of course you dont! Havent you ever seen this sign?
Im just teasing! We do have a very wonderful community here and I know quite a few members are in their teen years and they all act very mature for their ages
It's true this is a good community, one of the best online communities, if not the best online community. That's what so exceptional about this place. I know a lot of other forums, where spamming and flaming seems to be the norm. The worst we seem to get here, is catica teasing you
xD lol Im good on this site ^_^ but at school the teachers hate me except the cool ones xD
meh some trachers are just frustrated, they hate everbody, not just you
Watch out Shugo your next!
hehe to get this thread back on topic *cough*
I also get exercise posting on these forums, I swear I have the strongest fingers of anyone I know!
oh noes crazy looking bunnies
I don't think using your fingers, burns a lot of calories though, just pointing that out
food is good
I don't have a fulfilling diet though...
I don't know anyone that gets the full food pyramid...let alone drinks 8 cups of water a day
Who needs the food pyramid!
Twinkie diet helps nutrition professor lose 27 pounds - CNN.com
Some people also claimed to lose weight from the montignac diet, and while it is possible to lose weight from that diet, it doesn't mean that the diet actually works. In other words it's a placebo. Biologists already know it doesn't work, because the liver transforms carbohydrates into fat or protein and protein into fat, hence the montignac diet is utter nonsense.
oooh food.....i want that diet
I stay hydrated and drink plenty of water, take breaks and move around after every hour or so, go outside for a while for some vitamin D, and avoid a ton of junk food. It's pretty easy daily tasks to stay fit.
Do some workout, Play sports and dont eat too much.
I just drink a lot of water and eat the right foods.
When i feel like i need a workout i do it and keep doing it for 2 weeks, after i get back to my normal activities, it helps me stay fit but i can't do it for longer period(i don't have any motivation)
Occasionally exercising/ or cutting back on caloric intake.
