    Maybe to much memory of RAM, or you downloading somthing so that pull all of your internet so u have a huge ping

    For LoL you need only 1.5 GB ram so ram isnt problem (i belive that all have 2GB)
    And he say that he have good net

    Yeah but i have rly good net too, but when downloading something it pulls al of my net to download that so when i play lol with downloading i have ping like 400

    FPS is 60-90 intervall,ms 40-50 graphick card is ok 1 gb invida but still i have lag

    I have the opposite problem with internet router, becouse it's damaged, so try to see if your router is damaged. If not clean the computer with air compresor.

    You can try with cleaning your P.C .. just turn it off and clean the culers :D xD Then uninstall all programs that you dont need and remove all toolbars on your browser. Download Ccleaner for that , install malwerebytes too and nod32 6 antivirus :D Then you will have a cleaned P.C and i think that it will help you :D If that dont works try to repair the client :D
