I'll write a small guide on how to carry SoloQ games from Bronze up to Diamond with Riven top.

First of all, you're gonna want to ask for Jax to be banned or you're gonna have a bad time.
Start with a dorans blade and a pot.

While on the lane, you're gonna be the MOST AGRESSIVE player of all of the 10.
Riven's passive NEEDS you to spam Q W E to maximize the damage output, so when farming by last hitting you're gonna want to Dash with E whenever you can, even if back.

You're gonna want to Small trade you enemy dealing a small damage, forcing him to use his potion, for that you're gonna do this:
E -> W-> AA -> Fall back with 3xQ.
Or:
3xQ -> W -> AA -> Fall back with E

Now when you were able to do some good damage with the small trades you're gonna get ready for the blood.
E -> Q -> AA -> W -> AA -> 2xQ -> AA
That's gonna put Riven to the MAX. Her AA's will have such an explendid power.

You're gonna want to have about 10cs per minute.*
You're gonna want to help your mid lane.*
If your team is feeding and the mid game is comming, just simply SPLIT PUSH TOP. You don't want to get on teamfights yet.
While on TF's you're gonna try to get a Carry out of position burst him and fall back, and so on, but be carrefull with hard CC.

Build CDR boots and full ad.
