    Ok, going to find out how this works. Bought a game yesterday and it won't work on my PC. Will list updates here as I have never tried it before in all the years I have used it.

    It's actually a new thing they added not long ago before that all sales were final, sometimes you could occasionally get a refund but they were very picky about it. Now you have 14 days to request a refund for any reason as long as you've played under 2 hours. It's all automated now.

    It's all automated though, you just go through the steps and it does the rest.
