What would you do if you find a stranded dog?

    Well, I'm not the type to steal dogs or actually pick them up and care for it until I start seeing wanted posters. I'm the type to just see the dog for a good minute, and walk off. I know it's pretty rude of me to not pick him/her up and bring it to a shelter, however, I'm just staying away from the dog if it were to act aggressive. However, what you do in this case?

    It depends. Is it a common stray dog that I would be dealing with? Some stray dogs aren't vaccinated and can pose a risk. I wouldn't want to keep one in my house.

    If it's a regular stranded dog, then I'd probably take it to the veterinarian, so the veterinarians can deal with the dog and properly find its owner.

    If it's a friendly doggo then I'd try to get close enough to check for tags which may have contact info, otherwise would bring it to a vet so they can check for microchip. If it's an angry doggo then would avoid and call proper authorities if it seems overly aggressive.

    Well depends on how the dog looks like... if it has no owner then there aint much you can do and the public services for these kind of things suck in my country.... There was a situation when my sister found a dog with a tag... in the end we kept it at the house (though my dog was quite pissed off about it) and we found the owners!!
