    What do you think of the grass feature? Not sure if it's quite implemented yet, but there's an option to toggle on/off grass. Apparently whenever you walk over grass, the grass should move.

    I don't think this feature has much importance yet since a lot of places aren't very grassy. Places like Doomwood and Ashfall feel like they wouldn't have any grass, just forest-y areas like Battleon and Greenguard. Personally, I think the Options menu should have its own separate tab for turning on/off environmental effects in general, like the ember particles you find in the Intro and Ashfall, or the yellow particles you find in Greenguard.

    it looks good in PTR but it is not nice because the trees are old in battleon need a rework, it would not be bad if it was in the greenguard.
    Grasses looks good on the new intro.
    The particles in the Ashfall can't closed, because these particles compound with objects in the map

    Yeah, there are still un-updated assets in the game. For instance, you can still find old bushes in places like Greenguard despite areas like Battleon having new, updated bushes. I think having consistency would make older areas look better.

    Kind of unfortunate we have to turn up our graphics quality to whatever number for the grass to display, despite having a checkbox to turn on/off grass. I'd like to have grass display on a graphics quality of 1, otherwise the game isn't as smooth as it should be.

    AQ3D is not going to be smoother where grass is present even if you could have grass with the lowest graphics quality. It just straight up lowers your FPS a bit. Minimum graphics quality for grass to show is 3 and playing game with that quality does lower those frames.

    same here, since I play with mid tier phone I guess it cant really handle high job. Whenever I go to lolosia I become slowpoke, sometimes I freeze :(

    Rip. The only time I have issues like crashing is when I join a map too fast. I also play on the lowest settings always. I should probably buy a new phone sometime.

    I don't think investing in a new phone should be an option, especially with how ridiculous prices for a new phone can be. $999 for an iPhone X, for instance, seems too farfetched if all you plan to use your phone for is gaming. You could buy a laptop for a lot cheaper for smooth gameplay. Maybe if AE gave us options lower than the lowest setting possible (low polygons, less rendering, etc.), people wouldn't mind graphics if it means smoother gameplay. But honestly, PC gaming is the way to go.

    I'm not buying a new phone just for gaming. I'm buying one because I need an upgrade, plus I'll be moving back to the states and my current phone (a Chinese one) is not compatible with Google Play. The better game play is just a plus. Also I would never blow that much money on an iPhone.

    I did start out by playing the web version before they discontinued it and I do wonder how well would it play now with all the new content and features in place?

    Would probably run more or less the same as the game client. Might require more processing power since it would run on a browser, and might have less features (no Steam screenshot shortcut, resolution options might not be available, etc.). But otherwise, I think web version won't be that much different.

    I'll just try it out. Eventually I'll move over to the normal PC version of the game on steam but right now I like mobile just fine.

    Yeah, I thought the same. A wee bit less features but plays just like you would expect from a web client.

    The mobile client is sufficient but it's good to try different waters you know?

    Yeah I know, but steam doesn't work well at all in China which is why I only use mobile. When I move back I'll probably start using steam.
