    Which mods are forbidden in WoT?
    For example you are sharing a SS or a replay and if a member of WG sees your SS/replay would he ban you for using that "forbidden" mod and which one would that be? or if more than one state them here :)

    Ok so there is somewhat a balance calculator for tank points when you play a random game.
    For those who dont know a very short explanation(might leave few things out but i think it will sum it up what i`m about to write):
    Each tank is worth a set amount of points and then MM works on a way that it adds points of each player and then it sorts it in a certain game with a tolerance of excess 10% which is okay.

    Now understanding that (if you still didnt get it ask a question and i`ll try to explain) would you also like it if they made a similar(well they wont make it better that is for sure haha) calculator based on ER/WN6/WN7/PR or something else that will be included in MM?

    I might have over complicated that sentence so i`ll explain it through an example:

    5 VS 5

    1000 /\ 1230
    1100 /\ 680
    950 /\ 840
    470 /\ 1530
    1640 /\ 920

    value=5160 | value=5200


    Thus being said would you like for the values to be similar (maybe not that much but to also have 10% tolerance) or to stay the way they are?

    p.s. They might have this thing already implemented but then why do some games i got 28% win chance and others 77% win chance, it is just to much stepping out from being "equal".

    First of all, I would like to say that MM does not look at player's stats at all and that was confirmed by the developers many times, cause people begged them, and I emphasize BEGGED them to implement it, and they kept saying, no no no no no and ... no!
    Later they said ok, but only when they implement 7/42 Tank Companies.

    With that out of the way - Your suggestion has a capital flaw in it.

    Lets say that team A's 470 eff player is in an IS3, while its 1640 eff player is in a stock T150. Rest of the tanks are T29's in team A. Team B's 680 eff player is in a stock KV2, while it's 1530 player is in an IS3. Rest of the tanks, T29's. Team B will wipe the floor with team A.

    You could try to implement chosen tanks and player stats in MM as well, but that too is flawed. Example. Team A, 2 players with 2000 eff in IS3's, and 3 players with 300 eff in stock T150's. Team B has 5x 1000 eff players. No matter what tanks they get, A will wipe the floor with them.

    That can be combated too. Team A 2000 IS3, 2000 IS3, 300 t150, 300 t150, 300 t150 - Team B 1950 IS3, 2050 IS3, 333 t150,290 t150,300 t150.

    With that, you get a balanced battle, but there's a downside as well - longer waiting time, and it gets longer the better player you are. If you have 2000 eff, you will wait a longgggggggg time for battle to start. And there's no way around that

    Personally, I'd like something else. Balancing teams not only so their overall eff is similar, but also to only have similar skilled players in game. For example, Team A 1300, 1250, 1225, 1220, 1200 - Team B 1280, 1270, 1240, 1200, 1195. That way, battles are always going to be balanced, and you'll only get pissed about bad players in your team if you're one as well, while your opponents will be on the level similar to you. You won't be able to bash noobs this way as a pro, nor will you get bashed by a pro if you're a noob.

    But this idea is flawed too, again, with longer waiting times the more skilled you are, but also with the fact that if you play with players of similar skill to yourself, you're unlikely to learn anything from them. One of the best ways for bad players to learn is to see good players in action, and this suggestion would take it away from them.

    This is a complex issue really, every idea has a downside and in the end at least one downside has to get accepted, so the only question that remains is, which idea's downside is the most acceptable one.

    The current system has the least acceptable downsides unfortunately, and it's extremely unlikely it'll change any time soon :(

    another mod that might get you in trouble is zoom mod - the mod that allows you to zoom in further than normal.
    Same goes for arty zoom out mod.

    Also, any mod that tampers with tracers in any way is a sure way to get you banned

    Here is my problem about lower ER players learning from higher ER players:
    Mostly they never take advice, never look at mini map, never look around themselves what others are doing and they camp like crazy XD

    Main problem is that there arent much BLUE/PURPLE players thus sorting it out as the best quality games for those of higher tier players is as you said close to impossible due to such long waiting that the player will just quit the game and go do something else instead.
    At this point if i had to pick one solution i would go for making a sub-server or at least a program that will be implemented in MM which will separate RED players from everyone else. Basically you will have in 1 game all RED ones and in other yellow/green/blue/purple ones. Not saying it is very good but i really do think it is better than what we have now xD
