Crusaders Quest: Tips and Tricks for Ultimate Strategy Guide

hi Guys, ever played this Crusaders Quest, if yes good! Well, I've here tips and tricks for Ultimate strategy guide for the game. Just thinking maybe you guys need it !

Because fighting for the Goddess and defeating all the enemies in the multitude of stages is extremely difficult, while the game itself is pretty complex, I have decided to come help you understand how the game works and what to do to win all stages without a problem. So read on for our Crusaders Quest tips and cheats!

    1. Notice the quests
Nobody says anything about them, but when you are in town, you can get quests – they appear as character icons on the right side of the screen. Tap them, check them out and complete them (usually by simply going through the Adventure mode) and grab some nice rewards.

    2. Be active during the fights
Although fighting is pretty much automatic in the game, you still have to control the shields and special attacks and use a bit of strategy in order to win the battles. Be active and smart: try to group the attacks based on the enemies you are facing and use the special attack buttons in such a way that you create chains of two or three similar attack types. Learn how each attack works – some are only useful in melee combat, some are ranged, some affect a specific area and make sure you never waste a special attack. Finally, don’t forget about the Goddess following you – use her special abilities when most needed and always make sure that you have at least one use left for the boss battle – although I usually try to keep them all for the final battle!

promoting heroes here is sooo difficult! i always lack of honors , so thanks for this tips :) ohh additional tips for the new players like me who dont have enough friends to get an honor you can try some side quests..you can check them on the right side of your screen, . if you're lucky , you can get atleast 50 honors as a reward, because sometimes the rewards are golds or a bread haha you need patience here haha..and you can get also on you mailbox, so you must check your mailbox everyday :),, and doing a side quests is another way to level up your characters before moving to the main quest :)

wow nice tips guys! maybe i add some of my own based on my exp playing it . Survive long and tough battles, aside from having high level characters, always have at least 1 Priest on your party to survive tough and long battles, Priest is the healer on this game so always keeps them on your party. It’s hard to survive without them.
Training - your characters can become stronger from gaining experience through battles, another way to make your characters to become strong is by training, but you can only train your characters after they promoted. Training requires gold and bread.
Weapons – Equip a weapon on your characters to make them stronger, weapons can be upgraded here through Conversion, conversion requires gold, and every time you convert weapon, the gold required for it to convert increased. Additional Critical Damage or Faster Casting of spells are some additional effects when you convert your weapon.
Don’t forget to use the power of the Goddess like Sera, her power is to create a shield for the entire party to minimize the damage you received. (100% for the 1st sec. and 50% for next sec.) How to use her power? If her SP reached a certain point in the gauge, you can use her power, you can tap the screen to activate it, by using every single skill block, the SP in her gauge increased.

    Crusader's Quest Christmas Heroes

Hey! What's up? Is anyone here plays Crusader's Quest? I would like to ask about your Christmas Heroes. Which of your Christmas Heroes is your most favorite and why? My hero is Santa Claus. Santa Claus might be the leader of the gang and he belongs to a WIZARD class (surely, he does magic, and grant your wish!). Santa here looks a bit old but you will definitely be excited on what he got. Santa’s Rarity is 3, HP is 1439, Max Level 30, Attack Power of 356, Critical Chance 21 and Resistance 182. He deals (5/13/22 percentage) magic damage base on the heroes attack power. That's why I really love this hero of mine.

But still, according to my research, I have found also some information about the other heroes that I sometimes encountered in the game.

    1. RUDOLPH (Meathead Icon Lv.1)
Rudolph is a Priest Class with the skills that heal nearby allies 8 times for (10/25/52 %) of heroes attack power. Rudolph’s ability are categorized into onto Rarity is 3, HP 2114, Max Level of 30, Atk.

    2. SNOWMAN (THE NEXT DECK HALLS)
This hero here really looks cute, gives on his best through Passive -(Support type) increases the attack power up to (100/200/200) using blocks for 5 seconds. The next deck halls will be counted as chain-3 when allies use chain-3.

    3. SANTA (Mystery Bell Lv.1)
A HUNTER seems to be the female version of Santa Claus I just discussed a while ago but obviously, they differ on skills, Power, and Class type. Skill type of this young lady throws mysterious bell each dealing with (40/100/150 %) physical Damage on Heroes attack.

So guys? Which of the following heroes you want to? You can share your thoughs here or just check the the links for the blog: https://arniegarinblog./2015/01/09/pick-your-holiday-heroes-in-town/

I thought i was the only one playing this, lol. thanks i have you here to talk to regarding heroes, so let me share mine instead! like this legendary character, makes the game more exciting when fighting along with the best weapon he got.

This game is both cute, nice skill visual effect and fun to play. You will have to use the right skill at the right time. Warrior uses sword with physical skills, mostly used as a tanker Leon is the basic character and he is a legendary warrior. So raising Leon primarily aside from other class is a wise choice. Passive: Summons the ultimate Holy Sword every 3 blocks. Deals physical damage equal to 380% of attack power and ignores target’s armor equal to 100% of own armor. Passive effect: Additional skill cast, armor ignores.Leon’s passive summons a giant sword that impales the party in front of you. You don’t need to chain to summon the blocks and can just cast the blocks individual. It does huge damage and ignores 100% armor equal to his own of the enemy, so it will be easier to shred the tank and snowball. Holy Sword does need good positioning because it’s easily avoided. Leon is a mighty warrior the easiest to obtain, and the bigger the hero the harder they fall. He is a good all-round hero that works well in Scenario, Duel and even at World bosses. Late game Leon’s passive isn’t that good compared to the other S- tier 6 star Warriors. His Holy Sword is easily dodged so you need a gap closer.

[IMG]Just add some tips for thi game, i hope it helps other players :). Crusader quest's battles will be done by the character moving forward to fight enemies, encountering battles automatically. User will destroy skill block shown at the bottom in order to use the skill of the character and by connecting the same skill blocks to perform greater damages and HP recovery. Blocks will be connected left to right direction. In order to connect the wanted block, user should consecutively destroy blocks. Blocks if not arranged properly will connect blocks not needed. This can make the character not perform proper skills and damages when in need. It may seem simple but would make you think.Character with special skills would destroy special blocks to accumulate SP to produce special blocks. Special blocks can't be connected with other blocks.

    tips and tricks

I got this information. i just want to share ^_~

Tips and Tricks for Crusaders Quest

    Action Tips and Tricks

Mix melee and ranged characters. In Crusaders Quest, your melee fighters run up to the front of the battle while your ranged characters hang back away from the action. If you have all ranged characters, you’ll get trounced by enemies. And if you only have melee characters, you’ll be unable to damage the enemy from a distance without the use of skills.
Have a healer. My goodness, it’s amazing how much difference a healer can make in this game. Since you’ll have a tank up front taking the damage, you’ll want to have a healer on tap so that enemies don’t break through your first line of defense.
Pick your skills wisely. Skills are so vitally important as you play through dungeons. My favorite options are giving a melee character a ranged special attack and making sure my ranged fighters have team boost skills. It will all depend on your playing style, but put some serious thought into your skill lineup as it’ll save you a lot of grief later.
Call a friend. If there’s a level that is just kicking your butt, then you can call in a hero from a friend. So if you’ve made some strong friends while playing, they can do the grunt work and allow you to level up some of your weaker characters.
Carefully time your special blocks. Yes, it’s absolutely important that you get combos of 2 and 3 special blocks so that you build up your skill meter. But just as importantly, enemies bounce around and you can also get knocked around the level, so you don’t want to misuse a special block, or miss completely because you didn’t get close enough to the enemy.

    RPG Tips and Tricks

Train one character at a time. One of the major limitations that will keep you playing on and on is the lack of coins available to you. Playing levels and completing quests will help you get valuable money, and selling items helps too, but even then you’ll be sorely short on money. So you will have to big as choosy as possible when deciding which character/s to train. Don’t bother training 1 star characters and you should probably skip the 2 star characters as well.
Level up your weakest characters. Early on in playing, you get a jewel for maxing out a character’s level (level 10 for 1 star, level 20 for 2 stars, etc.). And this is the best way for you to accumulate the all-important jewels which serve as the dominant currency in the game. Because you’ll get a jewel for taking a 1 star character to level 10, that should only take a few runs in the dungeon.
But don’t promote your weakest characters. Limitation number 2 is on the amount of honor you can accumulate. It’s cruel how after you’ve gone through all the trouble of leveling up your characters how you’ll often end up waiting and selling other characters to gain an additional star. So skip promoting your 1 star characters – you can do better than that.
Jewels are for shopping. When shopping for a new character to add to your roster, using 250 honor only guarantees a character between 2 stars and 5 stars, whereas a purchase using 6 jewels guarantees a character between 3 stars and 4 stars. So the game is begging you to use jewels to shop for new characters. Not only that, but you can even get a 2nd character for the discounted price of 5 jewels, so save up 11 jewels and cross your fingers for the best.
Honor is used for promotions. So if you’re only using jewels for shopping, then you need to save up honor for promotions. Don’t be fooled by the 50 honor price on a 1 star promotion, because it quickly becomes a lot more expensive to promote 2 star, 3 star, 4 star and 5 star characters.

2 Melee Specialist can form best tag team on Crusaders Quest

Hello guys, I have a game here (a very addicting game) called Crusaders Quest, I just want to share my 2 favorite Warriors in the game! Oh btw, for those who don’t know the game, actually its an 8 bit Action RPG game with really good gameplay. To those CQ players out there, im pretty sure you’re familiar with Susanoo and Leon right? Having Leon and Susanoo on your team plus a healer and right choice of Goddess forms a team to beat specially when fighting on Colloseum! Using them now for a while in PvP and they’re good tag team partners, both great tankers/main damage dealer. Susanoo’s passive skill is great but you need to have another damage dealer to benefit from his passive skills, So I choose Leon to make up for it. And so far so good. I found here some review about them for those CQ players who plans or interested to have them both in their parties.
Shogun Susanoo(6 star): What’s makes Shogun Susanoo that strong is his passive to shred armor and have you or you ally to do some heavy physical damage. His party flexibility is ok, but if you want to benefit the most out of his passive you need to get another physical damage dealer in your team(That’s why Leon is a good choice for this!) A piercing attack that deals physical damage equal to (49/150/271)% of attack power. First side of the passive is a damage dealer. Just have to hit your Sword Shot. So you have a lot of freedom. Second side is the armor debuff, it reduces the enemy’s armor by 100% of the hero’s attack power and that’s alot. With the debuff on the enemy it’s possible to do some heavy damage. And only thing you have to do is spam your sword shot. Doesn’t really stand out at any stat compared to other warriors, but his passive makes up for it.
Leon of Light( 6 star): Leon is a mighty warrior thats thats the easiest to obtain. Why? Because Leon is the first Legendary Warrior you can start to use. He is a good all-round hero that works well in Scenario, Duel and even at World bosses. His Holy Sword is easily dodged so you need a gap closer. Leon summons the ultimate Holy Sword every 3 blocks. Deals physical damage equal to 380% of attack power and ignores target’s armor equal to 100% of own armor. It does huge damage and ignores 100% armor equal to his own of the enemy, so it will be easier to shred the tank and snowball. And he can be used a main tank or damage dealer, so you have more choice on picking your line up.
Look that huge damage they can create when both of them on your party! You can easily beat your enemies in just a minute. Try to check this link I found on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0yWpA-Fk_5M. So what do you think? If you have your own partners(damage dealer) , you can share it here. Thanks

Hi I’m a newbie in this game, and mi would like to know what kind of classes is the best, listed here the classes but I’m too confused now on what to choose, they’re all promising. Hope you Could help!

First class to introduce is warrior. Warrior uses sword with physical skills, mostly used as a tanker.Leon is the basic character and he is a legendary warrior. So raising Leon primarily aside from other class is a wise choice.

Second class is paladin. Paladin uses hammer, can perform physical skills and recovery magics. It's specialized against magic’s. Paladin plays a tanker and a assistant healer role at the same time. He can also be played primarily as a healer.

Third class is archer. Archer can do straight range damages. Archer can attack and give damages to the enemies behind the tanker characters. Archer is low in HP, but high in offensive damage. Most of the skills are ranged attacks; it can give damages to many enemies.

Fourth class is hunter. Hunter uses rifles and different from archers, hunter can only do straight range of attack. Through skill blocks hunters can perform furious attacks causing maximum damage at once.

Fifth class is wizard. Wizard uses cane, specially has high offensive skill block damage from normal attacks. Wizard can do critical damages using skills so wizard can be played role of a leader. it is recommended to constantly use skills.

Last class to introduce is priest. Just from the name you can already know it is character of a healer, priest heals allies within its range and it can heal a designated target. It is recommended to have a priest within the party cause it's the only way to recover with in the game aside from potion.

    Newbie Questions for Crusader's Quest

Can somebody help me? I have so many question pops up in my mind. I've just seen this game and also recommended by my friend. At first, I was so amazed because an 8 bit mode are still present today. This game runs through a 8 bit mode. And also the graphics... Retro style. Nah?! But I enjoy this game because of the game play. I've just started this game Crusader's Quest few days back and I was just curious about some stuffs in this game:

    1. How do people get so many stars in the game?
    2. Is it a requirement to clear the story first before making your favorite team composition? or can you be promoted from 3 stars to 4 stars as you leveled up?
    3. Do you lose stats if you don't train before promoting. Like will a 6 star be weaker than one that trained every level along the way?

Thank you so much for your help. :D

i think all of them are good to use and it depends on you if you like melee characters that deals heavy damage,. warrior or palladin is a good choice..or if you love long ranged characters..just use the archer, hunter or wizard..all of them have good passive and active skills that you can count on :)like me, i like to use 1wizard 1 priest and 1 warrior(tanker) when on quests and 2warriors and 1 priest on colloseum..just remember that always include a priest on your team :)

    ???

Hey guys .. I'm just wondering what exactly we know about this problem because it is completely insufferable and I would like to know if it's been acknowledged or if the community knows what's up.

I have just recently gotten a team leveled that can complete the second tier of the world bosses. However, even if I can find a partner who doesn't bail instantly because I'm all five stars, I have only been able to finish the right a few times without it crashing. How prevalent is this problem? Is there any known issue that sets it off or is it just a random occurrence?

I've also noticed it happens fairly frequently when whomever I am partnered with goes down, even if I would still be able to finish it myself, if the person rage quits does it push me out too?

    Other Information

Hi again . Other information about Promotion n_n

    Promotion Progression

When you promote heroes in Crusaders Quest, they follow a certain pattern. First is that all promoted heroes stay in their classes. For example, a promoted 2* priest will become a 3* priest.

Promotions for 1~4* are random. However, heroes at 4* are “master†classes that follow a set path. This applies to both heroes that you get naturally through quests or premium heroes.

The only exception to the rule are “legendary†classes which let you grow a character from 1* all the way to 6*.

    Honor Promotion Cost:

    1* to 2*: 50
    2* to 3*: 200
    3* to 4*: 460
    4* to 5*: 920
    5* to 6*:

I just did it about half an hour ago without any issue (except the prize wasn't what I wanted). Have you done it before without any issues?
