    I ve met all kinds of singed players but all in all almost every time i play against him he beats the hell out of me i ve tryed like 15 champs vs hm but even if i beat him in early and mid he shines like a diamond in late so i rly dont know who is his counter and by that i think of champ who can shut him down so cannot replenish himself in late game?

    You can counter anybody if you are good but you can win singed with riven,fiora,pantheon...(search on google counterpicks) :)
