    Why dont u try to use e-mail address to recover it ?
    When i forget password i usually do it with mail.
    Many ppl that had acc stolen never recover it, mail is better solution then RITO, usually they are useless

    There are quite a lot things you should know when recovering account such as champions/skins you've refunded, first 5 champions bought/RP purchases, date of creation of acc, basically all the stuff that ONLY YOU CAN KNOW... Things like this got my account back so it's usefull to know if you ever get in a situation like I did.
