    We know that Impulse cape is really rare since you can only get the cape if you go to 2017 Anime Impulse Convention. Im trying to go there next year since Artix told me that they will do it yearly so people will get a chance to get the cape. + they might add some new stuff next year who knows?

    Anyone here who is planning to go next year? who lives in California?
