    Every time I download a MMORPG, like LoL or Aeria, then it comes up with server errors and I can never get on to actually play. It's not a firewall issue, and I'm fairly certain I have internet, else I'd be unable to even post this.

    My computer is custom built -- very old, but custom built just for video games and having a crap-ton of memory for all my music. I really don't see the problem.

    Any suggestions?

    Can you be a little more specific.

    When do the errors appear? At the launch screen? When the game is loading in? When your in the game? When your downloading the game? When your installing the game?

    What is the exact error message you get?

    It's on the launch screen.
    But it's not just with LoL, it's with any downloaded game I try to get into.

    It won't even let me in the game to play it, on my computer.
    I can get it on my dad's.... which is like a crappy 6 year old windows 2000. xD
    But I've never been able to get anything to come up on this PC.

    From my experience that does look like a Firewall or Security setting.

    Check your antivirus program to make sure its not blocking it. You may just want to cut off your antivirus program completely see if you still get the message and if you dont, cut your antivirus back on and then see about adding the game to the allowed list etc..

    Your probably just going to have to spend some time check all the security settings on your comp not just your firewall.

    okay here is how you do it...when it says unavailable... press on the arrow keys, up, down, left, right, up, up, down , down... this worked for me
    they might have fixed this though

    Yeah.... that's not working.

    And neither is my security settings.
    According to everything in my computer it is running properly and is fully allowed. -_-
    And I've tried re-installing, and everything. It still does this every time I download a game.
    And it would be SO nice to not be restricted to browser-based RPG. haha

    hmmm i think windows firewall is blocking ur game update, try to turn it off or allow games to connect to internet from firewall setings
