    Depends , if you want to play passive max W , if you want to play aggressive max E , q is just utility spell :) and ofc ult when you can :)

    but it all depends on you adc , look how he likes to play, and just follow him ,if he wants to just farm peacefully max heal , if he wants to poke max E :)

    If you are not experienced enough to E before your adc strikes maxing heal is always good idea because trades will be always in your favor :)
