    Well, bigger burst, which makes her insec assasin, has Akali thats for sure, but Diana has really great damage + If you hit target with Q, and then R, you will have no CD on R, which isnt real advantage, because Akali has 3 MaxStacks of Ult.

    Maybe Akali.
