    I think it's fair to say there are many characters in the Dragon Ball series that are fast.

    You first had Mr. Popo dodging all of Goku's attacks in the original Dragon Ball. Then you had Goku with instant transmission which he learned at some point after defeating Frieza. Also, in Super, you had Hit with his Time Skip ability. And of course, you had Whis with his own powers considering he's the attendant for the God of Destruction Beerus.

    I'd also like to think that the long series of episodes of fights are mostly just "slow-downs" of the actual fight. We the audience perceive the fights as being long just to absorb all of the action that's occurring, but considering how powerful these characters in Dragon Ball Z and Super are, the fights may actually be happening closer to the speed of light.
