    I think Ahri would win lane because she is much safer and she can poke Talon so he will have to go back, he will loose farm as well. Ahri would win lane.

    Ahri is kinda special. Not sure why do I see her like that, but I think she is different then other assassins. Probably because she can act like a mage in teamfights. Her Charm is really good(acts like a long range taunt) and her damage is just huge. She can dash up to 3 times with R and while dashing, she actually deals damage. I mean... wow. :D
    Talon is ugh. Ok... Would lose tho...
