    Nami is better with lane bully like cait, while alistar is overall better for roaming, pickoff, disengage, teamfighting, engaging and peeling

    I like nami more, she brings more utility then ali, better heal, slow, stun and knockup.
    I pref ranged support to play vs melee, u can poke him so hard, and make them play defensive and lose pressure, after that easy lane
