What about profession system in the game, like blacksmith (crafting weapons and equips), alchemy (crafting potions)?

I think the profession system would work nicely as some sort of mini-game that the player can play liking hitting metal on an anvil and brewing potions to create certain items for things like quests. Now I do not think that the player should be limited to which profession he/she can choose because that just limits the player, but maybe have certain NPCs have certain professions instead.

Yeah would be nice to have something like that!! Of course as snowy said there should be a limit on how many professions you can have.. Like 2 would be a good number. Also would be great if you could combine the 2 for an even greater profession later on oO!!!

Since we already have fishing, I think that could be used as an example of what we could expect other profession systems to be like more or less. For example, we could probably assume other profession systems will have 8 ranks like how fishing down. Anyway, so far, fishing is more of an overworld interaction. Looking at AQWorlds, for instance, fishing and alchemy were their own mini-game in their own setting without any interaction in the overworld (alchemy did require killing monsters for items to used in alchemy, but it wasn't really an overworld interaction). I wonder how other profession systems might work, like for blacksmithing, for instance. Assuming it would require the player to hit metal on an anvil, would the camera be focused on the overworld (showing the player and the environment) like how fishing is, or would there be a camera focused on the anvil in its own setting, because the latter idea would definitely sound more enjoyable. I do wonder how future profession systems will work.

I am also interested how they will continue with trade skills. Fishing will definitely be improved later on.

I'm more excited on how cooking will be implemented. Does that mean we're gonna be able to cook the fish we've collected?

It would be interesting if we can cook fish.

I am more interested in barbecuing frogzards and dragons.

I don't think barbecuing frogzards and dragons will be implemented. But I do like the idea of cooking the fish we catch, maybe even selling the cooked fish for more gold than raw. What do you think about that? Cooking can be a money making method by cooking fish and such.

Oooof! But just maybe. MAYBE it will be implemented.

As for cooking, i'm thinking more on like making food buffs other than dark cake and the jerky from lolosia. If we can mix these food buffs to make something a lot stronger.
Heck, maybe we can combine 2 dark cakes and make like a super dark cake.

Not a new way to farm gold.

Why not? We just kill them, get meat for them and just barbecue it! It's not that different from fishing fish and cooking it.
