    Hello guys any tech support here i am unable to play on my Windows surface RT tablet when i tried to install AQ3D it says the app is not available on your current version. I need really need help on how to fix this problem anyone who plays in tablet have encountered this problem? (PS:Artix was using windows tablet playing aq3d before so i was wondering why my device is not compatible enough to play the game.) T_T

    Try to re install it and install it ;) and try first when you are on tablet
    Make sure youre sd card is not out and aq3d is on internal storage and check youre sd card if it is ok or out in youre device it must be it ;)

    I have windows rt 8.1 which is the 3rd to the last of the current version should i update my version first then install the game?

    Have you tried doing what kiritos said? If you did and didn't work then go ahead and try updating it first.

    Actually kirito's method was impossible since i cant even install it in the first place and my sd card is already built-in inside meaning i cant take it off. The update will take 2hrs so ill try this method and i hope it works.

    It doesn't appear AQ3D has Windows RT support, it does appear it may get Windows 10 Tablet and Mobile support at some point but it still wouldn't work on RT as they are completely different. Without seeing what you seen, my best guess was the tablet you seen was a x86 Windows 10 Tablet, possibly running a dev build for the Windows 10 Store or even Steam.

    At the end of the day, Microsoft has killed off Windows RT an given it's extremely limited user base and no future for growth, it's unlikely they will ever make a RT app.

    Really bad news after trying any methods its still didnt work even updating my windows RT as i searched about Windows RT surface it appears dis one is already left behind and yep my RT is 32x i even tried jailbreaking it and im getting an error when trying to install it. It says "you cant run this program the app is not compatible with ur device" sadlife :(

    Your tablet has a lot of security features. I suggest you don't download it in STEAM. Try getting the files of the game including the app from your friend or somebody you know or request the files from your friend through PM or let them upload the files in a cloud storage then you download it.

    Windows RT runs on ARM processor, it's not gonna work no matter what you do. If they ever make a browser client it *might* work so that'd be your only hope... but even that is not a guarantee.

    No. Always get the game from it's official source, always. AQ3D on PC is designed for x86 processors, RT runs on ARM not x86. Without a specific Windows RT port it will not work.
