    Solo Queue Carry Champions?

    Well I need some good solo queue carry champions for mid and top. I have been playing Renekton, Nasus, and Dr. Mundo for top lane but they aren't that strong "carries" who can really solo carry the game. (Regarding a fed Nasus). I also have no idea who to play for mid as I haven't played mid in a long time. Heard Gragas is good? Thoughts?
