    Cassiopeya has more potentiol thresh cuz less CD but annie if fed is stornger late game. Cass has to ult to stun while anie can stun with q w or r and has op aoe dmg

    I pref Annie. Cassio needs a lot of time to scale, while Annie offers a lot of dmg early. Also her ult is much easier to land, with the same effect. :)

    Annie is much easier to play and her combo isn't that hard to hit. If you flash in enemy team and if you ult and stun them all you won the game. Annie has so much damage and great passive.
