    Okay Found it bro.. its in The Slabs, its in the Crimson Renegade... just Go Right Side and youll see a portal like , then there is an NPC Name Crimson Renegade i think... You can Craft it there... :p

    for me bro , i think scale slayer is better than the staff . it gives nice boost of hp to survive in long battles than the staff . for me getting a staff is just collecting hard to get items .

    :shamefullyembarrassed Maybe if having a HP stats though a bit will not cause the HP character too down. But no problem can be combined with the scale slayer or another.
