Instructions:
1.2.5 - Upload all files, no need to run upgrade
1.2.4 - Upload all files and run the upgrade by visiting /living_avatars/setup/upgrade.php in your browser
Fresh Install - Upload everything then visit the /living_avatars/ folder through your browser and follow setup instructions

FAQ

• When I go to edit an avatar, I dont see the canvas or I can't drag items
  • This will occur if you update to 1.2.5 and do not update correctly. Run the upgrade file located in living_avatars/setup/upgrade.php
• I updated to 1.2.1 but LA still does not work?
  • Make sure to update your config file with the vb 4.0 one, be aware not to accidently overwrite your database connection info
