    yes, already played some games like that, the items weren't destroyed, you just couldn't use it till the next repair

    Not really a fan of equipment durability, especially if the RPG already has some existing health system in place where you also have to focus on healing your character. It just makes the game more focused on surviving than actually making progress through some main story. Personally if I wanted item durability, I'd play some sort of open world survival game rather than an RPG, though it really depends on the game itself and what its main objective is.
