i guess i should go with fortunately.... Fortunately a hero appeared to save the day!!!!
Unfortunately, funerals arent a thing for fairy god mothers so you just leave and grab some fries at mcDonalds.
Fortunately, the mayor of the city proposed a funeral and declared all citizens to participate in the fairy god mother's funeral.
Unfortunately, Newt Scamanders obliviated every people in town and forgot about the funeral..
Fortunately, the town folks were just enjoying a new Harry Potter movie featuring Newt Scamanders and returned to arranging the funeral.
Unfortunately, the Funeral got delayed for years and a new chapter begins
Fortunately, no one else died during the delay hence a good start.
Unfortunately, a couple of hours after the delay, there was an announcement on the weather channel about an asteroid approaching Earth with a 0% chance of missing its trajectory.
Fortunately, the army devised a way to blow the asteriod into pieces and saving everyone on earth!
Unfortunately, the plan will not work as the army is full of high and low-ranking soldiers, not scientists. Many of the world's leading scientists have hypothesized that blowing up the asteroid would be ineffective as the asteroid can withstand several megatons of nuclear force, and attempting to blow up the asteroid would send huge chunks of rock hurtling towards Earth causing devastating meteor showers.
Fortunately the Aliens have come to help they had this advanced technology that can wipe any massive asteroids, they call it the Atomic Laser-9X1033 Decomposition EX. It can melt any object even avoiding the risk for exploding shattered rocks that would come towards the earth.
Unfortunately, the aliens reside at Alpha Centauri about 4 light years away from the planet Earth, so they will not make it in time, and none of their spaceships can travel faster than the speed of light because it is scientifically impossible, so now the people of Earth have to rely on themselves to survive.
Fortunatey, it was all but a dream and you woke up to the ray of sun light radiating from your bedroom window.
Unfortunately, even though it was just a bad dream, there really is an asteroid approaching the planet Earth by pure coincidence, and the Sun's radiating sunlight gave you an excruciatingly painful sunburn.
