    Uhm. It is kind of hard to play Singed and succed in it, at least for me, because... You need to build well and do some counter logic things such as proxing 2 waves in enemy base lol, while playing Galio doesn't require much skill, except for landing skillshots. I think this match up is decided by situation, because they are both really off meta champions who require a lot of game knowledge
