    I think the game Until dawn as some of the greatest cutscenes for a horror game :)

    I'd honestly say Pokemon Platinum, but just for one cutscene that seemed to impress me when I was young. The Spear Pillar cutscene in Pokemon Platinum is probably one of my favorites because of the tense climax building up.

    You have a Team Galactic admin named Cyrus summoning the two Sinnoh main legendary Pokemon, and then the legendary Lake Trio start uniting. Afterwards, a dimension to the Distortion World opens up summoning the third main legendary Pokemon and then there's a nice jumpscare at the end. The jumpscare was my favorite thing about the cutscene.

    Also don't forget the cutscene in the Walking dead telltale games lol. Pretty much the whole game is 1 big cutscene.
