    I agree. Varus does have a longer range, but he is slow and easy to get close to. Since he doesn't have a huge burst, if his ult isn't up, he depends on his support to protect him from assassins and bruisers.
    Graves not only has the mobility, but he can solo take down squishy troatcutters even when they are up in his face. If he has a build, of course.
