    With Jayce first max your Q,then W...When it comes to build,you should start with Doran's blade,then build full AD,with Bloodthirster,Last Whisper,you can buy Tear of Godess and finish Manamune,Brutalizer into Black Cleaver and get Ionian Boots of Lucidity for cooldowns...You could buy one tanky item too,for example Randuin's Omen or or you can get Guardian Angel :)

    after he was released he was pretty strong adc..
    i played him lot and won many ranked games
    after the nerfs ... he is to much mana depend...
    the combos cost to much mana ... and thats why he need a tier ...
    and tier is late for adc useless ...

    Jayce for me is ''weak'' adc because he lose a lot mana for combo strikes ! He is better on top lane for me but he have many counters on top so , i still like him ! :)

    well said, thats all you can say about Jayce. His only place is on top so I think he should get a rework if they'd want him to be played like marksman.
