    Jinx is much better in my opinion. Cair is better in early but if you don't snowball that hard in late game Jinx is much better for carring.

    Jinx is one of the best game carries, but to me they are similar, they are almost matched on range, both have trap based CC, long range ulty, slow. Jinx carry so hard, thats why i pick her

    My vote goes to Cait.If we look early game,i think cait can easily farm,have better wave clear,and potentially better poke.
    If we look at mid game,if Cait did everything she needs to do in early,she can outrange jinx,and kill her till jinx getting closer and positioning in teamfight.
    Lategame-Cait is one of hardest adc in late game,so..If u start early game well,you will own Jinx
