    Jinx is much better than Twitch.
    -Early Jinx is much better because of her range (they are bad early game)
    -Mid game Jinx can pick up some kills with her Ult (they both aren't great mid game becuase damage in mid game comes from spells and they are auto attack based adcs)
    -Late game is part when they both shine but Jinx is still much better because she is better for kiting, you got her E for zoning and if your team kills someone and if you get assist you are unstopable because of her passive.
    That's only my opinion.
